Terms of Service

• Please note that advance payments are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation, regardless of circumstances.
  

• Payment should be paid according to split ups given during booking.
• To avoid any last-minute issues, kindly ensure that the second payment is made on or before the event date, as outlined in the payment split-up provided during booking.
• Once the final payment is settled, we will initiate the printing process, and your albums will be delivered within 6-7 working days.

• It’s recommended to schedule the outdoor shoot at least one month before the wedding date to ensure everything goes smoothly.
• Please note that outdoor shoots are exclusively available for post-wedding photography sessions when bookings are made less than 30 days prior to the event date.
• The outdoor shoot is included complimentary, with no impact on the overall pricing.
• Please note that our pre-wedding and post-wedding shoot are specifically designed for couples and cannot be exchanged or converted into maternity photo shoots or to any other events.
• Please note that our outdoor shoot timings are carefully scheduled to optimize natural lighting conditions. The allocated time slots are non-negotiable and cannot be extended without incurring additional charges, as per our wedding package terms.
• Upon receiving your notification regarding the desired timeframe, we will promptly provide you with a list of available dates for your convenience.
• Please note that available dates for outdoor shoots are allocated based on team availability. These dates may be offered to multiple clients, and confirmation will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Wedding & Reception or any other Events:

• Please note that accommodation arrangements for our team are mandatory regardless of location, including both outstation and within Chennai.
• ⁠Per event coverage is inclusive of 6 hours of service. Any additional time beyond this allocated duration will incur extra charges, which will be applied accordingly.
• Following the conclusion of the event, we will share unedited photographs with the designated whatsapp group within 2-3 working days. This will provide a sneak peek into the captured moments.
