- The camera was introduced in 2008, and it became popular with amateur photography.
Why did Wedding Photographers shift from DSLR to mirrorless cameras?
Using DSLR camera Sony PMW 200 and Canon 5D for traditional wedding Videography and Photography. Photographers for the wedding weren’t that happy with the output captured by these cameras, the combination of lights and colors gave them a very dull combination as compared to mirrorless cameras. It became a very difficult task for the editors to match the lights and colors in the final video edit, at a later stage the team came up with the Mirrorless cameras. Originally, the output with Candid Videography was amazing as the autofocus was more superior to DSLR. Autofocus is the keynote differentiator for videos. This was the reason for wedding photographers to shit from DSLR cameras to Mirrorless cameras.
